Our Indonesia’s office is currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated individual for the following position :

TOUR QUOTATIONS EXECUTIVE

MAIN DUTIES:
1. Research all destinations to plan, co-ordinate and accurately
cost tour itineraries for clients.
2. Provide suitable recommendations to clients in the preperation
of the travel/tour itinerary.
3. Build and maintain good client relationship.
4. Priorities daily work as necessary.
5. Reply to all messeges and queries from other offices and
department within 24 hours.
6. Ensure filing is auctioned without delay and is filed correctly
and neatly.
7. Undertake as requested, other tasks or projects and complete
them within the given time frame.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Min. Diploma degree from Tourism.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Fluent in English verbal and written communication is a must.
4. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision,
attentive to detail and teamwork player.

TOUR JAPAN QUOTATIONS EXECUTIVE

MAIN DUTIES:
1. Research all destinations to plan, co-ordinate and accurately
cost tour itineraries for clients.
2. Provide suitable recommendations to clients in the preparation
of the travel/tour itinerary.
3. Finalize Go Ahead tour instructions.
4. Build and maintain good client relationships.
5. Ensure good communication with colleagues and management.
6. Priorities daily work as necessary.
7. Ensure filing is auctioned without delay and is filed correctly
and neatly.
8. Undertake as requested, other tasks or projects and complete
them within the given time frame.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring Japanese Literature.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Fluency in Japanese language both verbal and written.
4. Fluency in business English and Bahasa Indonesia both verbal and written
5. Ability to work tediously using computer and system both
independently and in team to achieve sales and service excellence
targets.

TOUR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

MAIN DUTIES:
1. Reserve all components of a tour in go ahead stage including
hotels, coaches, guides, attractions, etc on the system.
2. Check all in-trays frequently and action all emails as quickly
as possible.
3. Produce documentation.
4. Continually liaising with clients prior, during and after the
operation of the tour.
5. Producing final invoice and collecting payments.
6. Ensure filing is auctioned without delay and is filed correctly
and neatly.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Min. Diploma degree from tourism.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Fluent in English both written and verbal communication.
4. Ability to work effectively with the systems and procedures.
5. Attentive to detail.
6. Strong problem solving skills.
