1. S-1: Metallurgical / Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics / Instrumentation Engineering, and Mechatronical Engineering
2. D-3: Mechanical Engineering & Electronics Engineering
3. GPA: minimum 2,75 (at scale: 4)
4. Male & Single
5. Maximum age: 27 years for S1 & 25 years for D3, at 31 January 2010
6. Active English with minimum TOEFL score: 450 (please attach the certificate)
7. Not currently engaged in any contract with other companies
