SALES TRAINEE

The Job :
1. Lead and manage an exclusive sales team from apponted dealers
2. Maximize business volume, distribution and marchadising opportunities in the designated teritories
3. Motivated, train and decelop the Dealer's sales team to provide superior customers service
4. Manage and improve the sales team's productivity

Requirements :
1. Minimum a bachelor degree (S1) in any discipline
2. Fres Graduates are welcome to apply, preferebly with 1-3 years experience in sales of consumers products in FMCG or Pharmaceutical
3. Good inter personal skills
4. prosses high integrity
5. Possess excellent verbal and wrutten communication skills (both Indonesian and English)
6. Posses Computer literate
7. Posses computer self confident
8. Willing to travel
9. Willing to be relocated to other area in different province
