MERCHANDISING DEPARTMENT

BUYER (BYR) – Shoes & Accessories, Lingerie, Electronics
° Your main responsibilities are to develop & execute strategies for assortments, vendor management, pricing and marketing, as well as to maximize sales & profitability, and outclass the competition with creativity & entrepreneurialism to drive the business.
° You are expected to have good vision in trend of lifestyle as well as strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation & interpersonal skills. Able to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Experienced with a Retail Planning System.
° You should have buying experience for at least 5 years, preferably from retail department store.
° Male/female, max age 35, min. Bachelor Degree/S1. Computer literate (esp. Microsoft Office) and have good command of English.

ASSISTANT BUYER (ABY)
° You will be responsible to implement strategies for sourcing and managing the right merchandise to support the achievement of targeted sales.
° You should have a sharp sense of business and negotiation skill. You are expected to have strong analytical, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
° You should have buying experience for at least 5 years, preferably from retail department store.
° Female, max 30 years old and min. Bachelor Degree / S1 graduate; minimum 2 years experience in retail merchandising. Computer literate (esp. Microsoft Office) and have good command of English.

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (MAA)
° You are responsible to assist the merchandising team in administration aspects and in coordinating with internal as well as external parties to ensure the department function is well-implemented.
° Female, max. 27 years old, min. D3 graduate. Should be excellent in operating MS Office, and have good command of English, both verbal & written. Should have at least 2 years of experience in administration field.

STORE OPERATION
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
° If you have strong interest to build a career in retail industry, especially in store operation functions, this is the position you should apply. You ought to have good communication, coordination and analytical skills, and potential to lead people. Being computer literate and able to communicate in English, are required.
° Male / female, max. 26 years old, min. S1 graduate with min. GPA of 2.80. Working experience in retail industry is an advantage, however Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
OPERATIONS SECRETARY (SEC-OPS)
° Your main role is to support the store operation in all administrational matters, as well as in coordinating store-related activities.
° You should have good communication skill and fluency in English, verbal & written. Excellent in operating MS Office.
° Female, min. D3 in Secretary, max age 26 and min 2 years of experience.

TAILOR (TLR)
° Your main responsibility is to ensure the alteration service is delivered at its best.
° Male / female, max. 26 years old, min. high school graduate with skill in tailoring.

STORE CASHIER (SC)
° Male / female, max. 23 years old, min. high school graduate. Experience as a cashier is an advantage.
° Min. height is 158 cm (female) and 168 cm (male).

SALES ASSISTANT (SA)
° Male / female, max. 23 years old, min. high school graduate.
° Min. height is 158 cm (female) and 168 cm (male).


HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (HRO)
° As an HR representative in one our stores, you will be responsible for the implementation of human resources functions at the store level, in conjunction with the corporate HR. The scope of work will be mostly to ensure HR policies & procedures are implemented accordingly.
° We expect you to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be thorough to work with details. You should have strong leadership and keen in analysis. Knowledge in Indonesian labor law is an advantage. English proficiency and skill in operating Microsoft Office are required.
° Male / female, max. 28, min. S1 graduate with min. 1 - 2 years experience in human resource department.

MARKETING DIVISION
BRAND MANAGER (BM)
° The Brand Manager is responsible for the profitability and success of the brands under his/her responsibility, in addition to developing marketing strategies, executing operational aspects, and ongoing maintenance of the brands.
° We expect someone who is passionate, creative, self-starter, and has strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (both English & bahasa Indonesia). Strong computer skill is required, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Project.
° Male / female, max. 35 years old, Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus), min. 5 years in brand management.

ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER (ABM)
° You are responsible for the implementation of brand marketing strategies, including executing operational & administrational aspects as well as coordinating with any other related parties.
° We expect someone who has strong analytical and communication skills (both English & bahasa Indonesia). Strong computer skill is required, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Project.
° Female, max. 30 years old, Bachelor’s degree, min. 3 years in brand management, retail fashion or other similar position.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (GD)
° You are responsible for developing designs of graphic material in accordance with the company’s promotion plans.
° Female, max 25, bachelor degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication Design and min 1 year of experience in related function. Skillful in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator/Freehand. Knowledge in Flash 3D & In design is an advantage.

PUBLIC RELATIONS SUPERVISOR (PRS)
° You will be responsible for the implementation of our Public Relations activities (customer and media). Also responsible for copy-writing in bahasa Indonesia and English.
° Male/female, max. 28, min. S1 graduate in Communication. Min. 2 years of relevant experience with strong fashion sense and knowledge of current retail and media industry. Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR (VMS)
° You will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of visual merchandising / display in one of our stores.
° Male/female, age between 23 – 27. Min. D3 graduate in art or design with min. 1 year experience in related background, preferably in retail industry. Has flair for fashion and interior decoration.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
ASSISTANT DESIGNER (ASD)
° You will be responsible in the coordination & implementation of interior designing projects in the company.
° Preferably male, max 28, S1 graduate in Interior Design with min. 4 years experience in the same field. Able to operate CAD 2003-2007 & 3D Max.

DRAFTER (DFT)
° Male, max 27 years old. Min. D3 in Interior Design with at least 1 year experience in related field.
° Able to operate CAD (Autocad 2000 – 2005)
° Able to operate AutoCAD 2D & 3D. Knowledge in operating 3D designing-program and Photoshop is an advantage.

SECRETARY (SEC-BD)
° You are responsible for handling all project administration & documentation, as well as monitoring the follow up of ongoing projects.
° You should have good communication & coordination skills, and good command of English, both verbal & written.
° Female, max. 30 years old, min. D3 in Secretary. Excellent in operating MS Office. Three years of experience as a Secretary, especially in project/construction, is an advantage.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT
TREASURY OFFICER (TRE)
° Your main responsibilities are managing company’s monthly cash flow & daily monitoring of account payables & receivables. You are also expected to maintain good & profitable relationship with merchant banking, as well as to manage daily credit-card flow. You should be able to operate MS Office and to communicate in English.
° Male/female, 25-30 years old, min. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, with at least 3 years of experience in finance-related area. Retail working experience is an advantage.
FINANCE SUPERVISOR (FIN)
° You are responsible for checking and ensuring that all activities within your sub-department (account payable / account receivable) are well-implemented. You should be able to operate MS Office and to communicate in English.
° Male / female, max. 30 years old, min. Bachelor degree in Finance. Should have at least 2 years related working experience.

INVENTORY CONTROL SUPERVISOR (ICS)
° You will responsible for warehouse/store inventory and reconcile daily/monthly inventory variances.
° You will responsible for Company’s asset tagging and positions.
° Male, max 28 years old. Min D3 – Finance with min 2 year experience.
° Strong computer (Ms.Word, Ms Excel, Power Point) and database skills

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
PROGRAMMER (PRG)
° You are responsible to support all departments by developing coding programs based on program specification.
° Male / female, max. 30 years old, min. S1 in Computer Science with 1 – 2 years experience as a Programmer. Has intensive knowledge in O/S HP UX, RDBMS and other programming languages. Should posses strong analytical & logical programming skills.

SYSTEM SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (SSE)
° Your main responsibilities are to manage and support a multi-site Windows Server, including file and printer sharing, backup administration, user and group administration, troubleshooting, and software license tracking. You are also expected to implement data backup strategy.
° Male, max 30 years old, S1 in Computer Science and min. of 5 years experience in the same position, especially in IT infrastructure including firewall, virus protection and virtual private networks.

All candidates should have good command of English, both written and spoken. Be computer-literate, especially in operating MS Office. Working experience in retail industry will be an advantage.
