The Job :
1. Lead and manage an exclusive sales team from appointed dealers
2. Maximize business volume, distribution and merchandising opportunities in the designated territories
3. Motivate, train and develop the Dealer's sales team to provide superior customer service
4. Manage and improve the sales team's productivity
Requirements :
1. Minimum a bachelor degree (S1) in any discipline
2. Fres Graduates are welcome to apply, preferebly with 1-3 years experience in sales of consumer products in FMCG or Pharmaceutical Company
3. Good inter personal skills
4. Possess leadership skills and also a team player
5. Possess high integrity
6. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Indonesian and English)
7. Possess Computer literate
8. Possess high self confident
9. Willing to travel
10. Willing to be relocated to other area in different province
