A. IT HEAD

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan,Assists with technology planning through ongoing research,Performs technology needs analysis

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years, desktop systems and communications devices using current technologies.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT
S1 degree from Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics or Engineering, Good communication and interpersonal skill, discipline, outspoken, result and action oriented, self motivated, self starter, strategically and tactically thinking, and self driven person Independent and quick learner, hard worker and a good team player strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and good in managing multitasking jobs

SKILL
LAN, WAN, Router System, Trouble shoot Networking, Telecomunication E1, PRI and VOIP, OS Linux, Asterisk System

B. IT DEVELOPMENT SOFTWARE

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supports server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.
2. Installation of hardware and software and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
3. Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.
4. Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.
5. Performs technology needs analysis

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 4 years on a medium sized network of servers, desktop systems and communications devices using current technologies.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT
D3/S1 degree from Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics or Engineering, Good communication and interpersonal skill, discipline, outspoken, result and action oriented, self motivated, self starter, strategically and tactically thingking, and self driven person Independent and quick learner, hard worker and a good team player strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and good in managing multitasking jobs

C. ENGLISH TRAINEE (CALL CENTRE)

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Communicate with Canadian people using fluent English
2. Responsible for responding to make sales calls to prospects and customers.
3. Meet both team and individual sales quotas while ensuring value for client.
4. Use effective sales and soft-skill communication techniques to qualify prospective clients, present solutions, overcome objections and assist the client through the sign-up process.
5. Work proficiently with technical systems to effectively manage and maintain accurate records of all calls and transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidate must have Excellent Oral English Communication Skills.
2. Candidate must possess an assertive / strong personality.
3. Candidate must be willing to work during graveyard.
4. Full-Time positions available.
