"The purpose of this job is the acquisition of new clients for the Employee Benefits Division and for growing and maintaining satisfied client relations and expansion of revenue from existing clients including the placement and day-to-day service requirement."

Principal Accountability: Conduct and implement business plan to support his/her goals to develop new business, Builds and maintains relationship with existing clients, and Placement of Employee Benefit insurances and Ensures that the full scope of services is priced appropriately;
Primary Responsibilities (including 10 key points) as follows:
- Business Planning: Develops a client servicing plan to meet specific targets in line with the corporate business plan;
- Service Delivers : Overseas the quality of the deliverables and the enforcement of critical deadlines, Develop and market customs solutions to address the client's needs; Effectively presents the solutions to the client and negotiates compensation
- Financial control: Monitors revenue, profitability, and timely billing and premium collection of each client
- Product Management: Reviews policies and initiate recommendations for coverage enhancement, Takes initiative to grow the business in the specific product line;
- Strategic: Builds and maintains effective and sustainable relationships with prospects, clients, insurance companies and other providers in the insurance industry
- Marketing: Prepares market submissions and broking plan for quotation and renewal purposes to meet prospect/client requirements
- Communication: Communicates and negotiates with prospects/clients and insurers on required adjustments of existing insurance policies and other day-to-day service requirements;
- Goals-Setting: Set and achieve goals;
1. Mandatory :
- Possesses and maintains basic general insurance knowledge;
- Has solid knowledge of the health insurance industry
- Understands business environment especially with regard to human resources;
- Has good problem solving and communication skills; knows how to dialogue with external and internal parties
- Committed to success; shows initiative, is creative, has a positive attitude, drives for results, has a passion for the business and continuously develops him/her self.

2. Desirable :
- Maintains an understanding of the Standard Operations and Procedures;
- Utilizes Broker Advantage Insurance System (BAIS) and other corporate software solutions (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express);
- Is able to communicate effectively in English both oral and in writing;
- Understanding of the brokerage and insurance business;
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Self motivated, result oriented, able to work in a performance driven environment and abide to the highest professional and ethical standards.
Ability to keep the big picture in mind while not losing sight of the details4. Salary Range
Rp. 6 – 10 million gross/month + meal and transport allowance and performance bonus.
